Our Story

Chaz and Trista, the founders of Side Hustle Network, started their journey in 2015,
growing a full-time Amazon and eBay business while sharing their experiences on YouTube.

Their authenticity and dedication to helping others attracted over 100,000 subscribers,
eager to learn from their success and even their losses.

As their business grew, they repeatedly came across people who had the same frustrating issues with third-party prep centers—long delays in communication, weeks of waiting for shipments, and the ever-present issue of missing packages.

It became clear that sellers needed something better.

In late 2019, Chaz and Trista decided to tackle these problems head-on,
driven by a single mission: to create a prep center that prioritized clear communication and reliable, weekly shipments.

They started small, with just three clients in a modest 500-square-foot space,
testing the waters to see how they could deliver a better service.

What began as a small operation quickly grew. Today, Network Prep operates out of a 5,000-square-foot facility and has shipped over 1 million units, helping hundreds of sellers reclaim their time and space.

Along the way, they built an incredible team,
including a talented Operations Manager who ensures the daily operations run smoothly.

Through the ups and downs, Chaz and Trista have learned valuable lessons,
fine-tuning their processes to create a service they are truly proud of.
